We get so many messages everyday from our lovely customers, so we hope that we can answer them here for you.

What are the backs of your earrings made of?

We only make our earrings with surgical steel posts or hooks. That means that they are suitable for those with sensitive ears. If you have specific requirements for your ears, we may not be able to accommodate your requests, as it can significantly increase our costs.

Do you do clip-ons?

No, sorry we do not currently have any earrings in our range with clip on backs.

What is this tax charge that comes up after I have started checking out?

As we are a GST registered business, we must pay 10% of all sales to the Australian Tax Office. Being a small business, with very small profit margins on our products, we cannot absorb this cost ourselves. As such, we charge GST as an addition tax on all orders. For more information, we suggest looking at the ATO's website. 

Do you ship internationally?

YES! We have international shipping available to select countries. Please contact us if your country is not available when checking out your order. We an easily add it to our list.

Where do you get your supplies from?

While we get our supplies from a range of sources, we prefer not to give too much information away when it comes to our suppliers. This is to protect our brand, sorry.

Help! My parcel has arrived damaged!

Oh no! We are so sorry to hear this! Please know that we take every step we can to prevent damage in the transit process, but once it leaves our HQ, we cannot control what happens to it. Please get in contact with us ASAP with your order number, tracking info and photos of the damage and we will follow it up on your behalf with Australia Post.

How do I store my new earrings?

Your new earrings are delicate and should be stored in a way that they will not be crushed, scratched or damaged by other objects, to ensure they last you a long time. We suggest using an earring board to store your earrings on.

How do I get free shipping?

To qualify for free shipping, you must spend at least $80 in one transaction. The option for free shipping will appear at the checkout when you have qualified. Please note that this is for free standard shipping only, with no signature on delivery.
