Shipping and Handling
We know you want your order ASAP, but please have a read of our Shipping and Handling information before getting in contact.
Once you place your order, it begins its journey to your door. This total process can take up to 10-15 working days. All of our orders are sent via Australia Post.
No matter what shipping option you select at the checkout, the time it takes to process your order remains the same. We will NOT speed up the processing time for any orders, its first come, first served. "Processing" refers to the amount of time it takes for your order to be lodged at the Post Office, and includes, the printing of labels, assembling your order, packing and delivering the order to our local AusPost. We suggest allowing up to 5 working days for this process to be completed, especially during peak times (however, we work hard to get your order out within a couple of days).
Once your order has been posted, you will receive an email with your tracking information included. You can use the tracking number with the Australia Post website to know exactly where your parcel is, and when it will arrive.
As we are located in Perth, Western Australia, orders can take a little bit longer to arrive than if it were to be sent from another metro city. To put this into perspective, our closest metro city is Adelaide, over 2800km away by road. Parcels going to Adelaide can take up to 5 days to arrive, so we suggest allowing up to 7 working days for parcels to arrive in other cities, especially those along the east coast.
But it has been 10+ days and my order hasn't arrived?!
If your order hasn't arrived 10+ working days since you ordered, check your tracking information with Australia Post. Once it leaves our HQ, we do not have control over the parcel and you will have a better chance of working out what has happened by getting in contact with them. Please drop us a line if this happens as we may be able to speed up the process.
Shipping options:
We currently offer a range of shipping options at the checkout:
- Standard shipping (our automatic sending option): regular domestic post with tracking (will be left at the front door if unattended)
- Express shipping: expedited domestic post, with signature on delivery required.
- International shipping: Shipping times vary by country, however all orders are sent with tracking.
If you qualify for Free Shipping (by spending over $80), we will send your order by standard post. This includes tracking, but not signature on delivery. Our free shipping offer is only available on orders within Australia.
